Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your invitations as much as we loved designing them.

Because each order is custom-printed just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your happiness means everything to us! If your order arrives with any errors, printing issues, or damage, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

What We Can Help With:

  • Damaged or misprinted items

  • Errors caused during production

  • Items not matching your approved proof (if applicable)  

What We Can’t Accept Returns For:

  • Changes to wording, colors, or design after an order is placed

  • Mistakes made during personalization

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Before placing your order, we encourage you to review your details very carefully. If you have questions or need a second set of eyes, we're happy to help.  

Please note that any changes identified after submission will require a reprint at the customer's expense if the order is already in production, so if you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible.
